How we use it

We use inquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, prepare possible itineraries or programs, provide requested services, and maintain appropriate business records. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking.

Services used by this website

The inquiry form is provided by Tally and is embedded on this website. Information entered into that form is processed through Tally’s service. The featured film is embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Links to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Tally, and email services take you to services governed by their own privacy practices.

ChengduMemo does not currently use website analytics on this first preview version.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only the information reasonably necessary with relevant guides, venues, transport providers, or other local partners when this is needed to assess or deliver a service you request. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the inquiry, service, record-keeping, or legal obligations.
